Vanessa started in fitness in 2007 as a second job and now plays many roles for Elite as her Career. She is currently our Group Fitness Director, Group Fitness Instructor and lead Personal Trainer. Vanessa is Personal Training and Nutrition certified through the International Sports Science Association and holds her 200hr Yoga Certification. She specializes in overall wellness, weight loss, strength and nutrition. She also has specialty training in Boxing, Kickboxing, Spinning and Latin dance.
Vanessa's favorite role is a mother to her son Beckham who has grown up in Elite. She hopes to help as many people as possible with their health and fitness lifestyle.
Jessica earned her masters of Athletic Training from Cal of Pa in 2016 and Bachelors of Athletic Training from Marietta college in 2015. She is a certified Performance Enhancement Specialist (NASM) and Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist II. She works at KORT Physical therapy where her passion is helping employees return to work and life activities with no pain.
Jessica enjoys being active and woodworking with her husband, Jared and their dog Ruby!

Danielle Buckley Long
Danielle is all about putting fun into cardio! When she discovered Booiaka she wanted to share it with everyone, and the best way to do that was to become an instructor. Danielle became a Boomer in 2014 and in 2015 became a Boom star (level 2 instructor) when the creator of Booiaka came to Kentucky and promoted her.
Danielle wants her classes to Burn calories, have fun moving to the music, and boosting confidence!
Kash has been into Health and Fitness training for over 4 yrs. He went to the Middle Tennessee State University and has a degree in Elementary Education. He is certified by NASM for Personal
Training, weight loss and nutrition.

"I have been a vegetarian for over 20 yrs! I moved to KY back
in 2013 from NYC but my home town is Chicago!"
Jamie decided after years of taking cycle classes to get her Cycle certification and take the leap into teaching in 2021. You can catch Jamie a couple times a week for Cycle!
"My goal is to provide a fun and challenging workout using speed and resistance during class.
I enjoy switching up the music and having themed rides!"
Jamie enjoys hiking with her husband and dogs and reading in her spare time.
