Vanessa Veloz
Vanessa started in fitness in 2007 as a passion but now leads with many roles for Elite as her Career. She is currently our Group Fitness Director, Group Fitness Instructor and lead Personal Trainer. Vanessa is a Certified Personal Training and Nutritionist through the International Sports Science Association. She holds her 200hr Yoga Certification. She specializes in overall wellness, weight loss, strength and nutrition. She also has specialty training in Boxing, Kickboxing, Spinning and Latin dance.
Vanessa's favorite role is a mother to her son Beckham who has grown up in Elite. She hopes to help as many people as possible with their health and fitness lifestyle.

Jess Estridge
Jessica earned her masters of Athletic Training from Cal of Pa in 2016 and Bachelors of Athletic Training from Marietta college in 2015. She is a certified Performance Enhancement Specialist (NASM) and Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist II. She works at KORT Physical therapy where her passion is helping employees return to work and life activities with no pain.
Jessica enjoys being active and woodworking with her husband, Jared and their dog Ruby!

Candace Crawford
Candace got hooked on yoga several years ago after her first class. After practicing several different styles of Yoga Candace studied During the pandemic in 2020 and graduated with her YTT 200 hours.
Her passion of Yoga has not only opened doors to teach classes but also inspired her to teach others at a local hospital where she works and with family and friends.
Candace is an Army Veteran that has served during Operation Iraqi Freedom back in 2003-04.
Candace is married and a mother of 2. During her spare time she enjoys traveling with her husband, painting and kayaking.

Danielle Buckley Long
Danielle is all about putting fun into cardio! When she discovered Booiaka she wanted to share it with everyone, and the best way to do that was to become an instructor. Danielle became a Boomer in 2014 and in 2015 became a Boom star (level 2 instructor) when the creator of Booiaka came to Kentucky and promoted her.
Danielle wants her classes to Burn calories, have fun moving to the music, and boosting confidence!

Kash Foster
Kash has been into Health and Fitness training for over 4 yrs. He went to the Middle Tennessee State University and has a degree in Elementary Education. He is certified by NASM for Personal
Training, weight loss and nutrition.

Miguel Michalisin
Miguel has been a boxing trainer and instructor at Elite Fitness, since 2020. He is a lifelong fitness enthusiast alongside a Wall Street career. His approach to leading the group class is based on his experience at boxing gyms in his native New York. You will experience an emphasis on technique, circuit work and challenge drills.
Now a proud Kentuckian, Miguel is also a Professor of Finance at Midway University, Chairman of the Woodford County Economic Development Authority, and managing Partner of agricultural and equine private investment firm Livflora, LLC.
